Hi!  Thanks for stopping by the Stellar Spaces blog.

Let me introduce myself.  My name is Tonya Paulette and I am the founder of Stellar Spaces, LLC.  I am a Professional Organizer and Certified Redesigner and Stager located in Boca Raton, Florida.  

I founded Stellar Spaces in 2007.   However,  I have been organizing and redesigning for myself, family, and friends for as long as I can remember.   When I was a young child, one of my favorite possessions was my huge box of Crayola crayons (the one with the sharpener on the back).   Even then, I organized my crayons by color groups.  Somehow, it brought great comfort!  My dad appeared highly organized, although he didn’t have a lot of stuff.  He alphabetized his road maps on a bookshelf near his rocking chair in the living room.  He had a “home” for his personal effects so they could always be easily located.  My mom, on the other hand, was chronically disorganized.  She could never find anything she needed.  How do an organized person and a disorganized person live together in harmony?  It’s not easy.  I can recall our flatware drawer in the kitchen.  First of all, there was no cutlery organizer in the drawer.  The forks, knives, spoons, etc. were simply piled into the drawer in a heap.  That was probably the beginning of my need to have things in their places! 

As for redesign, I truly enjoy creating beautiful interior spaces especially when I can use what a person already owns.  How is this done?  By using those things in new locations, arrangements, or in new ways – otherwise known as “redesign.” It’s an exciting process for me and I enjoy seeing a client’s face at the end of the day when they return home!
